Shifting Sales Online for Emina Cheese During the Pandemic

During the pandemic, with mobility restrictions and reduced visits to offline retail, Emina Cheese’s business and branding were greatly affected. DMP Communication’s strategy was to shift sales from offline stores to online platforms.

We focused on running video ads on social media with two different creative approaches for two different products. The ads were placed on specific channels that targeted the audience and led them to buy the products from e-commerce.

We optimised click-through rates and used collaborative advertisements to reach more potential buyers, resulting in a 21% increase in brand awareness, a 1.2 times growth in purchases through social media campaigns, and increased product sales on various e-commerce platforms.
